    5 stars for NC customer service. These guys care about the customer and are the best in the business, IMHO!
    3 stars for product (hits super fast and hard, but duration only about 10 minutes). If you want the aroma to last several hours, you will use much more than you want to. Make sure you take it slow, even if you are experienced with this type of product.
    5 stars for NC shipping options and speed.
    5 stars because products like this are so hard to find nowadays, and NC looks out for those of us unwilling/able to enjoy the “real thing”

    Other than the shipping which was very fast, that was about it. The item came in a plain black bag with “bubble gum” written on it. The product has zero effects. Pretty much just herbs and that’s it. It was the weakest I have ever had.

    Gets weaker with every order. I’ve been a customer nearing 10 years or as long as you have been open. Remember Mr. Happy. That was your best one. I also would prefer a no flavor version. Old skool was better. Hoping you will switch out of Klimax and go with a stronger fragrance.

    1st I paid 48+$ for overnight. Got it three days after the order. My message about this went unanswered. Ive spent thousands over the years. The product is weak, its merely a flavor. There is no strong aroma like in the past. I believe this was my final purchase. I There are lots of sites with what I seek. Farewell.
