Shipping– “Business day” means Monday through Friday except the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day (December 25)
PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed by 1:00 pm CST (Monday – Friday) ships out the same day. All orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will ship the following business day. We do not ship on SATURDAY and Sunday!!! NO Packages will mail out on Saturday or Sunday.
We do ship to Army Post offices such as APO/FPO/DPO/AA/AE/AP.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United states. Note We are now shipping International. IF your international country is not listed on the shipping checkout page, then it means we do not offer international shipping to your destination. WE SHIP TO ALL 50 STATES, unless if there is an issue that we can’t send an order to your state, we will notify you or if state has restrictions on the particular product we will automatically cancel the shipment.
Saturday Delivery Cost Extra $16 from UPS or FedEx. Our Shipping System does not generate automated Saturday delivery charges, but now we have created an extra link in each product category where customer can add the Saturday shipping upgrade charges to their current cart.
Few things to remember when placing your order on certain days that applies to Saturday delivery.
Placing an order on Wednesday:
If the order was placed on Wednesday after 2pm CST thru UPS or FEDEX 2nd business day service. The order will be ship the next business day which is Thursday and will not be delivered to you on Saturday. IT will deliver on Monday. You have to pay the
Placing an Order on Thursday.
IF the order was placed on Thursday by or after 2pm CST thru UPS or FEDEX 2nd business day service. The order will be ship on the same day but won’t get to you by Saturday. You have to pay the Saturday shipping charges in order to receive the shipment on Saturday. If you fail to pay the Saturday shipping charges for your order than the package will be delivered to you on Monday or Tuesday.
Placing an order on Friday:
IF the order was placed on Friday by 2pm CST for overnight delivery thru UPS or FedEx services than the order will be ship on the same day but will not be delivered on Saturday. You have to pay the Saturday shipping charges by 2pm CST on Friday in order to receive your package next day. Failure to pay the Saturday charges will result for Monday delivery.

- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
We will post your tracking number by end of day. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available. Your tracking number will also be listed in your NoveltyChoice account, under the order number in your Order History. Tracking results should start to appear after the shipping carrier picks up the package from our warehouse or When order ship to shipping carrier sorting facility. Once your order leaves our warehouse, there are several ways you can track your package:
One Very important note, WE are not RESPONSIBLE for the packages get lost or stolen. Once your Order ships we will provide you the tracking number and from there whatever Happens WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. Please do not contact us regarding the issues listed below,
- the package was stolen when its delivered,
- roommate stole the package,
- postal carrier miss-delivered the package
- taking too long to receive,
- items missing

Mon thru Friday
You may return new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. You’ll pay the return shipping costs. if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) than we’ll pay your return shipping cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
** Full Refund will be issued only on the items. Any shipping charges, handling fees will not be credit back to card holder. Once Refund is initiated, allow 3 business days for the funds to reflect your bank statement.
