E-Check Payment Policy

What is an E-Check?

An E-Check (electronic check) is a secure electronic payment funded directly from the buyer’s U.S. bank account.

E-Check is a convenient way to pay using your confirmed U.S. bank account without using a credit or debit card.

Customer Eligibility

We accept E-Check payments for customers who meet our verification and order history requirements.

New Customers (First-Time E-Check Orders)

If this is your first order using E-Check:

• Your order will be placed on a Risk Hold for up to 5 business days.

• This hold allows time for payment verification and bank clearance.

• Orders will be processed and shipped once funds have successfully cleared.

Returning Customers in Good Standing

Customers with a positive and verified order history may have their E-Check payments processed without delay, subject to internal review.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an E-Check order on the same business day it was placed (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), please contact us immediately at:

We will void the E-Check payment if it has not yet entered processing.

Returned Payments

If an E-Check is returned due to insufficient funds or bank rejection, a $38 returned payment fee will be applied to the customer’s account.
